Hilding Elmqvist

Hilding Elmqvist, (born 1948) Board director since 2005. Technical Fellow since 2017.

Education and experience: Hilding Elmqvist has a doctorate from the Department of Control Engineering at Lund University. Hilding founded Dynasim in 1992, which was sold to Dassault Systèmes in 2006. He has experience as chief architect for the Dymola software and was the initiator of the development of the Modelica standard in 1996. Hilding has previous experience as CEO of Dynasim AB and as CTO of Dassault Systèmes. Hilding is one of five co-founders of Modelon AB.
