Christer Ljungberg (born 1963) Chairman since 2018

Education and experience: Christer Ljungberg has a master’s degree in engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg and is a trained Marketing Economist at DIHM. Through board assignments and work in senior positions, he possesses significant knowledge about the development of companies with a focus on IT and digitalization. He is also a member of the Swedish Board Academy.

Christer has many years of experience as a board professional and entrepreneur, and significant know-how of developing software and technology companies with digital business models as CEO and from board positions.

Previous experience includes assignments within Visitgroup International AB, Viedoc Technologies AB, Ecoguard AB, Micropos Medical AB, Netgain AB, Wedia Scandinavia AB (CEO and board member), Elander Invest AB (CEO and board member) and Followit AB (founder, CEO and board member).

Share ownership: 41,370 B shares. Christer Ljungberg holds a call option provided by Noledom Holding AB which gives him the right to acquire 120,000 Series B shares in the Company from Noledom Holding AB.

Other significant assignments: Christer Ljungberg is the chairman of the board in Exalt AB (publ) and Exalt Network AB, and a board member in Magello AB and Novogon AB
