It all started in 2004 when four Lund University graduates had the vision to make system simulation technology more accessible for engineers around the world. Using open standards as the foundation for the technology, Modelon began to deliver simulation projects and tools that have since taken our customers to new heights of innovation. Today, Modelon is pioneering the global system simulation market with Modelon Impact – our cloud system simulation platform. We span 3 continents and help customers of all sizes and industries achieve their engineering design goals with system simulation.

Abhilash

Software Engineer | Trichy, India

Abhilash works coding magic on the backend of Modelon Impact. As a software engineer, he contributes by adding new functionalities and workflows to Modelon’s cloud platform and getting it ready for customers for each release.

Modelon has an amazing talent pool of highly approachable seasoned professionals. During my 5 years here, I have been fortunate to collaborate with multiple teams working on different domains, engineering solutions to challenging problems in wide a range of industry verticals. Working at Modelon has been a pleasant experience both professionally and personally, transforming from a fresh college graduate to a professional working with highly demanding customers. Learning is a never-ending chapter at Modelon, with new territories to explore, boundaries to break and milestones to set.

Pieter works across departments (and continents) to find new use cases for Modelon technology. Leading growth initiatives at Modelon, Pieter works closely with customers to understand their challenges and find creative solutions. Known his positive attitude and focus on innovation, Pieter embraces Modelon’s core values.

I am extremely lucky to lead product initiatives at Modelon. Our team helps solve the world’s engineering problems, and I love being a part of that. I am fascinated by our user’s resourcefulness to build a better day, and I am proud to help them.

Senior Software Engineer | Lund, Sweden

Raquel specializes in front-end development for Modelon Impact workspace management. Additionally, she works her magic on both the Dymola and the Semla Releaser. These tools are integral components utilized for Modelon libraries, keeping our customers on the path to engineering greatness.

I thoroughly enjoy being part of Modelon because I am a member of a dynamic team that manages multiple projects, with each team member fully engaged.
